Montefalco DOC Bianco
- White blended wine.
- Mandatory Composition of Wine:
- Grechetto – at least 50%
- Trebbiano Toscano – Typically 20-35%
- Other green grapes grown in Umbria (Chardonnay is common) – Not to exceed 30%.
- Grechetto and Trebbiano Toscano are processed in steel tanks; Chardonnay is typically processed in wood casks.
- Must have a minimum alcohol content of 11%.
- Aged in bottles for at least 9 months

Montefalco DOC Rosso / Reserva
- Red Blended Wine.
- Mandatory Composition of Wine:
- Sangiovese – Typically 60-70%
- Sagrantino – Typically 10-15%
- Other red grapes grown in Umbria (Merlot/Cabernet Sauvignon are common) – Not to exceed 30%.
- For wine designated as Reserva, the wine must be aged for a total of at least 30 months, of which at least 12 months in oak barrels is mandatory.
- Must have a minimum alcohol content of 12.5%.

- Red Single Varietal Wine.
- Composition of Wine: Sagrantino 100%
- Must be aged for a total of at least 37 months, of which at least 12 months in oak barrels is mandatory.
- Dense, full-bodied wine with high tannin content.

Montefalco Sagrantino Passito
- Sweet dessert red wine made with 100% Sagrantino grapes.
- The grapes are dried in airfare at least 2 months before fermentation.
- Must be aged for a total of at least 37 months. Aging in oak barrels is not required.
