A tasting experience to see how fermentation is progressing in tanks

I realize this video is fairly long and repetitive. However, there are many key points Teo makes during the course of this tasting that I feel are important. I thoroughly enjoyed tasting and learning from him. I will admit that after tasting 20-25 samples, you certainly need a breather 🙂
