Grape Varieties: This is a winery that produces Negroamaro, Primitivo, Chardonnay, Malvasia Bianca and Fiano.
Winemaker: One of the consultant enologist that works with Teo at Vinifare, Francesco Gorgoglione, is the primary winemaker for this winery.
An interesting aspect of our visit to this winery was a look at their aging cellar. They are conducting an interesting experiment on how well a particular grape variety ages over time. They have several bottles of, for instance, Primitivo, from different vintages that are being bottle aged. Some go back to the late 70s.
