After returning to Puglia, we were able to see firsthand the land prepared for the future vineyard. I was extremely pleased with the hard work that had gone into it. In speaking with Pietro D’Apolito (Teo’s father), a grower with 40 years of experience who has graciously offered to help with this project, he once again emphasized the fertility of the soil and expressed confidence that we can cultivate excellent vines capable of producing high-quality wine.
