My incredible journey to be part of the wine making process with Consultant Enologist Teo D’Apolito has begun! I will be in Puglia, Italy, the land of Primitivo, Negroamaro, Malvasia Nera/Bianca, Fiano, Grillo and many other grapes, for the next three months observing and soaking up as much as I can. I am indebted to my friend Teo for giving me this opportunity. I would like to share this experience with you here. At times my posts may be too rudimentary. The intent here is to capture as much detail as possible irrespective of triviality. And that’s mainly for my benefit :). I’d like to make an apology in advance… It is very possible that at times I misconstrue details. As I identify those inaccuracies, I will try to correct them. Thanks and I hope you enjoy the content.
