I had the opportunity again to meet up with winemaker Michael Heny at Michael Shaps Winery in Charlottesville, Virginia. Michael gave us a tour of the filtration and bottling facility, as well as an explanation of their Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard, Thanks to Michael for taking time off of his busy schedule to spend some time with us.
